On August 9, 2018, the Harris County Labor Assembly COPE, AFL-CIO (C.O.P.E. is our Committee On Political Education, the political arm of the AFL-CIO.) endorsed Latosha Payne for Judge of the 55th District Court of Harris County. An endorsement results when 2/3 of our COPE delegates vote to endorse a candidate.
